All our pieces are made-to-order and dispatched within 7–15 business days. Delays may occur during high-demand periods, but we assure you that every order is carefully crafted. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp & email.
Customers can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup, and the replacement size will be dispatched after the product passes our quality check. After the 7-day window, we will assume the product received was correct in size and accepted. Please note, customised orders are not eligible for exchange. However, we do offer alterations for customised products at an additional cost, depending on the level of work required. For international orders, customers will be required to bear the cost of reshipping in case of an exchange.
